Let’s Work Through It Together

Who do I see?
I provide therapy for individuals and couples. The age ranges I typically work with are older adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Where do I see them?
At the moment, I am only offering therapy services online. I use a secure telehealth platform to see clients via video, as well as manage appointments and documentation.

What’s my style?
I tend to be very curious about my client’s lives, the things they care about, and their thought processes. I ask a lot of questions to help us identify all of the pieces we’re working with, so that we can figure it out together.

What methods do I use?
The methods I use in therapy really depend on what each individual’s needs are. You might do better working directly with your thoughts or with goal-setting. Maybe you would like help with being more present or learning to communicate more effectively. I use a mix of cognitive and behavioral approaches, as well as mindfulness and acceptance techniques. If it’s something you are interested in, I also incorporate a technique called Brainspotting, which can be used to target and process emotional distress on a deeper level. Areas of Focus

  • Dating & Relationships

This is my absolute favorite area of work. I’m here to empower you in all of your relationships. I work with clients to help them develop a deeper understanding of their own needs and desires, as well as the needs of their loved ones. Whether you're struggling with navigating the complexities of dating, communication or trust issues in your relationships, or just feeling stuck in your romantic life, we'll work together to get to the roots of your challenges and develop strategies for building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

  • Anxiety & Stress Management

Anxiety can take many different forms, from occasional worry to persistent fear and panic. Whatever your experience of anxiety may be, you don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we'll work to understand your experience of anxiety and develop strategies for managing it more effectively. This might involve challenging negative thought patterns, or developing coping mechanisms for when anxiety strikes. Brainspotting is also a powerful tool that we can use to explore anxious symptoms.

  • Family Conflict

Family conflicts can be some of the most emotionally challenging situations to deal with. I want to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can express your thoughts and feelings. We can explore underlying issues, work on setting boundaries, developing active listening skills, improve conflict resolution skills, and identify patterns in communication that can be problematic. My goal is to empower you to manage family conflicts more effectively and build healthier relationships with your loved ones.

  • ADHD Challenges

ADHD poses challenges beyond maintaining focus. I know some of these challenges personally. You may be facing issues with follow-through, low self-esteem, trouble regulating your emotions, or poor time management. Together, we'll work to identify or develop strategies and tools that will help you prioritize and tackle your specific struggles. Whether it's developing a more structured routine, building your self-awareness, or breaking down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable steps, we'll find the approach that works best for you. My goal is to help you unlock your potential and thrive with ADHD.

  • Work Stress

Work is a major source of stress for many people, and we spend way too much time at work to have it be an added weight in our lives. Whether it's tight deadlines, difficult coworkers, or a demanding boss, work-related stress can take a toll on your mental health and overall wellbeing. Together, we can explore practical techniques for reducing stress levels and improving your ability to handle work-related issues. With my guidance and your commitment to self-care, you can regain a sense of balance and find greater fulfillment in your professional life.

  • Life Transitions

Life transitions can be tough to manage, but I'm here to help. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to navigate changes such as starting college, changing jobs, or coping with a breakup. You may be embarking on a journey of self-discovery in a new chapter of your life. Together, we'll identify your strengths and values, and set achievable goals to work towards a clearer vision of the future.
